Class Descriptions
This class is meant for individuals who may have problems doing
yoga seated on the floor. The postures are based from the chair rather than
from the ground so the trouble of getting up and down from the floor is
avoided. You get the support from the chair so you can do the postures with
ease and confidence.
1 hour meditation . There is no asana instruction with this
class. Please bring a comfortable cushion if you prefer over the selection we
have in studio. These classes may be guided meditation, yoga nidra, or a
combination. Breathing exercises will be included as part of every class.

No yoga experience is necessary and modifications are prepared
for ALL bodies
and back issues including spinal stenosis, scoliosis, disc degeneration and
healing from herniation.
